Just a few days ago, I had a similar question world wide: What is the highest dew point? I immediately went to the red Persian Gulf area and found the following. On July 8, 2003 Dhahran hourly station reported T=107 and Td=95°F at 1 PM local (Highest dew point I can find anywhere in the world. Please let me know if you can beat that). It yields actual Heat index to be 175°F (un-believable!). Now, we know the upper limit. ??Please see below the WxUndeground hourly chart. If you did not turn on your html format on your e-mail protocol, you may not see it. In that case, you may just paste the following web address to your browser: http://www.wunderground.com/history/airport/OEDR/2003/7/8/DailyHistory.html?req_city=NA&req_state=NA&req_statename=NA
