
The Friends of Fred Heutte Foundation invites you to visit the green, bright, and beautiful settings of the Fred Heutte Center during its annual herb & heirloom vegetable sale. Come visit our gardens and be greeted by the aromas of sweet basil, scented geraniums, and rosemary on Saturday and Sunday (but hurry before the sale plants are gone!). Enjoy a wide variety of hard-to-find herbs, as well as herbal products, plant related goods, jewelry, and crafts, among others, offered by numerous vendors.

Connoisseur Plants The Fred Heutte Center will offer a selection of "connoisseur "plants this year at the annual herb & heirloom vegetable sale. These are specially selected perennials not readily found at your local garden centers. Special thought has been given in selecting these plants. These plants are known for their unique attributes including fragrance, color, adaptation as groundcovers, tropical looks, shade-loving, and natural design. Naturally, all of these plants will grow well in our area. These plants will be available in limited quantities. Come early so you don't miss out! |

Virginia Greenhouse Society The Virginia Greenhouse Society is a group of greenhouse owners and those who which they had a greenhouse! We grow what we love in our houses from 40 different kinds of coleus, daylilies, and orchids, among others. Each member has a different specialty and that makes our group unique as the variety of plants compliment each other, ranging from succlents to orchids to irises, brugmansias, and daylilies and annuals. Prices are inexpensive because they are grown for fun and joy and provide education to our members in the propagation of plants. |

The Herb Society of America Tidewater Unit The HSA will be selling unique herb plants that you cannot find in the local garden centers. They will also feature their extremely popular & flavorful herbal jellies, vinegars, and herb blends. There will be growing handouts given with plant purchases and recipes handed out with food purchases. |

The Gourmet Cupboard The Gourmet Cupboard features dry ingredients which make full meals when mixed with wet ingredients! Entrees, sides, breads, soups, salads, desserts, coffees, teas, herbs and seasonings for crockpots, and more! Our line of products also includes sugar-free and gluten-free options! |
Herb Pettway will feature an assortment of unique floral vases and containers as well as urns and planters- custom faux, one-of-a-kind as well as topiaries, wreaths, and arrangements, and floral and botanical notecards. You'll find many other treasures here for your home and garden! |
