Virginia Camellia Society Events   

 

March 14th, 2026, 1:00 -3:00 PM, Pinkham Garden Tour, 24389 Mouring Drive, Carrollton, VA, A $5.00 donation for each person who attends to be donated to NBG. You don’t want to miss this opportunity!  Bill and Linda Pinkham are artists, daylily breeders, horticulturists, and landscape design experts who retired from the nursery business over twenty years ago. Since “retirement,” they created and continue to grow and nurture a collector’s garden on the James River in Virginia.” -  Post from Amy Birdsong 

 

Feb 11, 2026, 10:00 AM, Camellia Pruning Workshop, Red Wing Park, 1398 General Booth Boulevard, Virginia Beach Virginia.  Learn how to prune camellias.

March 20, 2026, Camellia Show and Plant Sale Set-up, Rose Hall, NBG, 11:00 AM -1:00 PM.  Come help set-up and learn the mechanics of staging a camellia show.

 

March 21, 2026, Camellia Show and Plant Sale, Rose Hall, NBG.  

Bloom entry 7:30 – 10:00 AM Everyone can show blooms, novice and experienced growers. 

Judging 10:15 – Noon

Show open to public – 12:15 – 4:00 PM

Plant Sale 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 1 gal. camellias $20 and 3 gal. camellias $35.
